Services
All of our appraisal and consulting services conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and can be tailored to serve a variety of business purposes. Most any budget and timing can be accomodated by adapting the depth of analysis and length of repoting. If the scope includes full inspections, turn around times of under 30 days are reasonable, and are slightly longer for portfolios in the hundreds of units. Desktop / evaluation assignments can be delivered in days. The keys to our fast response are focus, technology, and experience. In addition, our South Louisiana office allows us to be the industry's low cost producer while affording quick response.

Broussard Realty and Appraisal approaches restaurant valuation and retail petrolum from a real estate perspective and from a business perspective. Convenience stores and restaurants are businesses that include real estate. Few, if any, appraisal firms are comfortable with the business dynamics of the fuel trade and restaurant industry, and with understanding the specialized aspects of the real estate and equipment. Don't misunderstand: we certainly offer a traditional, three-approach real estate appraisal. However, we can also give consideration to the business enterprise with allocations to land, building, equipment, and business intangible. We can value one unit, a portfolio of units, or a company. Company apprisals include restaurant franchisors with royalty stream, a franchisee including development rights, or jobbers (fuel distributors).
